We aim to bring the street foods of Chandni Chowk, Old Delhi, Chowpatty, Mumbai, New Market, Kolkatta, elite boarding school (Sem, Sherwood, Sonn & All Saints) town of Nainital, Uttarkhand to you, on our truck. The food we are serving are foods that we have grown up eating and; we hope you like the food as much as we do.
Most Indian states and some cities specialize in their own kind of street food. Kolkatta has an amazingly rich diversity of street food. One of its outstanding specialties is the Kathi roll made famous by Nizam’s. It comes with a choice of fillings – paneer, meat or chicken and served with sauces. Delhi enjoys its rolls as Roomali Rotis with Kababs with green chutney.Delhi specializes in Kababs where the seekh, shammi, burra and gola kababs can be eaten at throwaway prices in and around the Old Delhi area, classic indian street food in Chandini Chowk and tons of Indo-Chinese carts all over the city.

Del Popolo is a mobile pizzeria committed to creating rustic Neapolitan-inspired pizza using ingredients sourced from small, generational producers. Del Popolo is housed in a twenty-foot transatlantic shipping container that's been re-purposed and modified into a kitchen. A wall of glass doors exposes the interior, including the traditional Italian-made wood-fired oven.

Dum Foodtruck will serve biryani, layers of rice & protein with spices & fresh herbs. Biryani has been integral part of Indian culinary repertoire. It has been a staple item on every Indian restaurant and even at homes. There are various versions of biryani and every region has its own interpretation. Biryani will be served with the sides of Raita or slaw of cucumber, onion, and tomato.
Primary focus of the truck will be biryani, other menu options such as fried chicken 65, Indian flavor inspired sandwiches, pav bhaji, pakoras (fritters), chaat etc…will also be offered. All the items on the menu has a healthy initiative with most of them being gluten – dairy free, along with a focus on utilizing fresh local ingredients.

Ebbett's specializes in sandwiches. It hawks gourmet sandwiches and brings its mobile eatery to serve Great sandwiches. Best known for their Cuban Sandwich , but they always have two or three other sandwiches on the menu: Asian Tofu, Short Rib, Grilled Cheese.

Its menu has things like fried oyster B.L.T., Chimay-braised short rib sandwich, smoked haddock chowder with deviled Virginia ham croutons and mushroom bisque for vegetarians.
France Delices
France Délices' menu is simplicity itself. There are four choices of grilled sausage sandwiches: lamb merguez, chicken merguez, wild boar with apple and cranberries and one with -- wait for it -- my second favorite animal flesh, duck, somehow combined with figs. (The cunning bastards, they know I'll be back to try that one.) A sausage sandwich on a soft French roll with your choice of two toppings is $7.00. The truck also offers hand-cut frites (Freedom fries to you) served Euro-style in a large paper cone, with your choice of dips for $4.00. But wait! There's the "meal deal," which gets you a sandwich, fries and a drink (soda or bottled water) for a flat $10.00. That would be me, see?

Little Green Cyclo has been bringing fresh, delicious, Vietnamese street food to the greater Bay Area for the past year. Our founders -- Chef Quynh Nguyen, Monica Wong and Susie Pham -- can be found serving up a menu that showcases all the great flavors of Vietnam. The Chairman Truck
Chef Hiroo Nagahara is the culinary mastermind behind the Chairman. He was formerly restaurateur Charlie Trotter's executive chef at Bar Charlie in Las Vegas and partnered with Mobi Munch to bring his food to the masses. As Chef Hiroo explains, "Mobi Munch challenged me to blur the lines between brick-and-mortars and the food truck scene. We wanted to see how far we could push street food using techniques from high-end restaurants and The Chairman was my first concept." Our buns are crafted by "Clement Restaurant" - a local, family-owned restaurant that's been making buns in San Francisco for over 40 years. The yeast culture, imported directly from China, imparts the sweet and authentic taste that our fans have grown to love. Our baked buns are also delivered fresh daily before every service.

Our sushi chef has extensive experience in the Japanese Cuisine/Sushi industry, and worked in fine-dining restaurants such as Ozumo and Yoshi in San Francisco. Our team shops for fish every morning from fish markets in South San Francisco and serves our customers in the peninsula and south bay area!

Whip Out
Whip Out is American comfort food done the high-end artisanal way and served between two slider-sized buns. Rob John, a former teacher disillusioned with the Californian education system, left the classroom for the food industry. A self-proclaimed perfectionist, he hired the young and talented chefs Bret Downy and Neil Davidson, both of whom had worked at Ad Hoc and French Laundry, to meet his high standards. Together, the three of them serve sliders for every conceivable taste.
We dare you to find a slider you wouldn’t like in the following selection: beef patty, split pea fritter (for you vegetarian folks), pulled pork, BLT, crispy meatloaf, and fried chicken. If you’re just not in the mood for sliders (crazy talk, we know), their buttermilk fried chicken is some of the best we’ve ever had. Smoked in an on-site smoker, brined, battered in their special mix, and deep fried, it’s prepared on the truck and made to order, like all their food.
